I ordered this as a huge splurge for myself, and it was amazing. The pressure was very helpful and the heating function was nice. Needless to say I was quite disappointed when, at just a year after purchase, all of the functions but the kneading stopped working. I would plug in the machine and the kneading massagers automatically began going, but were not adjustable, and the beloved compression feature was no more. I read some reviews, however, which mentioned this as a common problem, and contacted customer support. They requested a video of the issue and offered, and provided, a product replacement, even though when I contacted them I was just out of the year warranty. Excellent product support and my new massager arrived and works perfectly! Would highly recommend for anyone who is on their feet a lot, and for the excellent customer service!

This is worth every penny. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and probably use it five times a week for thirty minutes each time and it feels amazing. The air pressure and massage functions works really well and the heating is just fantastic. I have had severe plantar fasciitis and this has helped my foot pain go away. So far it’s been a great purchase, you will not be disappointed.

I loved the product before the first one broke and I'm hopeful with the good reviews on here that I just received a faulty unit before and this one will have no issues. Great customer service is not common anymore and so the fact that they stand behind their product brings my review up to 5 stars.Original Review:Got this as a Xmas gift and used it on average maybe once or twice a week for about 15-30 minutes. I loved it and thought it massaged well, until it suddenly and unexpectedly stopped working. It has never been moved from under the desk so it was not mistreated in any way. I simply went to turn it on and the lights come on, but it will not do anything. I then tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it kneads very quickly (buttons or remote do not work to control it) but has no heat or compression, and I cannot adjust or even turn off the kneading until I unplug it. Going to reach out to product support but otherwise very disappointed that it didn't even last 8 full months, especially for the price. It seems like a quality product but obviously lacks longevity.

Buy with confidence!Great product for a very reasonable price. Good amount of force/pressure, massage points hit all the desirable areas, and the heat feature is very nice. Time, heat, and pressure settings give you a good control over the unit.Only reason I didn't give it five stars is durability. I've had it for less than a year and it already stopped working. Would have expected it to last longer like most electric devices. The unit lights turn on, but the massage won't start like it used to. Tried everything recommended in the troubleshooting section and no luck getting it to work again. Unit stays in the TV room and we won't have pets or anything else at home that could have damaged it.

Best purchase ever! I’m on my feet all day everyday. They always hurt. This massager is a game changer. It relieves the tension and soreness. Recommend starting on lowest setting with the kneading because this system is strong. I set compression to max and work my way up on the kneading. I definitely recommend it!

This foot massager is the best one I have found that ACTUALLY works! The heating element gets warm and stays warm, the compression adds all the right pressures in the perfect places, and it's perfect for my sister's Plantar Fasciitis. It works on a timer and you can control the pressure and heat; it has everything you can think of! My sister is a night shift nurse and she is constantly on her feet and she loves coming home and using this after a shower to relax!

When it worked, it worked pretty well. Got it at the end of December '24 and now the remote no longer works (even with a new battery), and it constantly turns itself on and off. Sometimes it will turn off after a couple of minutes after I turn it on, sometimes it will work without a problem. And sometimes when it turns itself on the heat turns on as well and almost feels hotter than it does when running, but that might just be my imagination. I unplug it now when I'm not trying to use it so it's not running with the heat on high when I'm not at home.When it did work properly it was pretty enjoyable though. It was pretty intense at first but you get used to it pretty quick. The 3 settings for speed and pressure are pretty nice as well. Only complaint would be the lack of heel pressure and since the top is closed I can't move my heel to a higher pressure area (but that was to be expected obviously, the top can't be open with the pressure mechanism).
