Best tumbler on the market - Almost perfect!
I would rate this 20oz tumbler 4.5 stars. However, I erred on 5 since it is the best tumbler I've found on the market. It is thoughtfully designed in every way.PROS:- CERAMIC COATING! Coffee tastes so much better in ceramic than stainless steel.- Large capacity while still fitting in the cup holder!- So easy to clean! Every single part of the lid disassembles, making it super easy to clean every crevice, and easy to re-assemble.- This keeps my drinks super hot! The heat retention is so good that I started using this as my regular mug at home, not just when leaving the house! Even without a lid on, it will keep my coffee hot for at least 30-60 minutes. With the lid, obviously, it's much longer!- Leak proof! Honestly, when I saw the lid, I did not expect this thing to be so leak proof. Then, I brought it to church with me where I was singing in the worship team. I put my mug under a seat in the sanctuary, and stood up on the front platform. During service, I gazed across the room and saw, to my horror, the cup had fallen over. I thought for sure that the coffee would have spilled all over the low-pile carpet. But alas, it did not, and I didn't have to admit to anyone that I brought coffee into the sanctuary haha. Which leads me to a con..CONS:- It's top heavy and easier to tip over, especially when placed on a surface like low pile carpet. This is probably a feature of it being wider at the top than on the bottom, in order to make it fit in car cup holders. Thank goodness it's spill proof!- The ceramic started chipping after only a few uses. It's minor, but seems to be multiplying every time I wash. I never put it in the dishwasher or use the abrasive side of the sponge. To be fair, I am yet to meet a ceramic coated travel mug that does not have this problem.I think this could be the perfect cup if it was made into an 18oz without the asymmetrical width, and had a more durable ceramic coating. But until then, I will always be using this cup because it's so far the best around!

Best minimalist water bottle I've found
The main attraction to this bottle over others is the plastic sleeve. I never have to worry about noise and the insulation is quite nice. On average it keeps temperatures the same around 8 hrs if not opened which may not be outstanding numbers but is more than enough for most commuters.Spillage - on occasion a drop or two may seep out if shaken but this is more so due to the cap retaining water. Not a big deal at all.Ceramic - second best thing about the bottle. Makes drinks taste better than stainless steel. Who wouldn't want that?Aesthetic - it looks good in my opinion (this may not be your cup of tea or coffee or water but I enjoy it).Minor Note - The sleeve sometimes rides up onto the ceramic making for a not so smooth transition but it is an issue of millimeters and doesn't really retract from the appearance or functionality of the bottle.Would highly recommend if you're on the fence.

Holds temperature well.
It's sturdy and well insulated. The 12 oz has had no problems. A previously purchased 18 oz had the ceramic fracture and peel off at the top just from a few times replacing and removing the top. It was easily returned for refund. So I'm satisfied.

Gorgeous and well-made except for lid
The tumbler itself looks exactly as pictured and feels super high quality. It keeps cold drinks cold, though I have not tried it with hot drinks. The lid, however, feels super cheap and can easily leak so I took away a star for that. I bought this to replace my yeti tumbler that I lost and the good news is that the smaller size yeti tumbler lids fit on this so I will be using it with the yeti lid instead.

Ceramic coating splits & reveals metal underneath
Don't waste your money! Spending $40 on a tumbler was not something I wanted to do, but I did because I wanted a tumbler of this size and it was nice looking. But the ceramic coating separates and reveals the metal underneath. Not sure how safe that is. I contacted the company and they said they would not refund my $$ because I bought it from Amazon. So I guess they don't stand by their product.

This is the cup I've been looking for.
Update: I found these lids work super well on this cup. I had one of these laying around from another cup. Silipint Silicone Travel-Cup Lids Kids’ Cups and Wine Cups, Unbreakable, Non-Plastic, Reusable Silicone Drinking-Cup Covers, Set of 4 https://a.co/d/10ljxjQI've been looking for the ideal workhorse cup for a while. I wanted something that was 20oz, durable, comfortable, insulated, and didn't hold smells or tastes after washing. Glass and Ceramic were great for some of this and Stainless good for some, but this gave me the best of both worlds. I've put espresso in this as well as green smoothies. I'm able to put water or a soda stream drink in here without any carryover tastes. As well the silicone sleeve on this is very form fitting and has drip holes on the bottom just in case any water does get in it. There was a lot of thoughtfulness and intention put into the design this cup.Though the cup itself was what I was really looking for. The only thing I wish I could get an upgrade on is the lid. This isn't intended to be a spill proof bottle, so the lid really does do a good job. Though I'd love to be able to buy a separate lid with the same material as the cup with a silicone seal, especially if it had some type of auto sealing button like the Contigo bottles do. Granted it wouldn't need to be as sturdy as that one, as again this is a cup and not a water bottle.

Love the design, a bit worried about the ceramic lining
After two weeks I saw chips in the ceramic lining around the lid. I was able to swap for a new one, but I'm worried that the ceramic coating is very thin and will not stand up to daily use. It's a shame, because this is a really nice insulated container otherwise.

Ceramic chipping off
Silicone sleeve is bumpy, some of the chunks in the silicone stick out, so it's not nice and smooth.Having said that, it does keep nice and hot. And after using it for the week now, I can see ceramic chipping off. Definitely not worth the price! Returned and got a new one, silicone has two random letters in it that show. If you use recycled chunks in the silicone, atleast cut out words and letters. Figured out the lid is cleaned by pushing the inside of the part that moves, and it pops off to clean. Been using this one under a week,, very gentle not to tap any metal on the edges and careful with it, and I already see a chip on the edge. Ceramic coating clearly isn't thick enough to stay on the metal! Very disappointing

Kept warm but not true to taste
I am very sensitive about taste when it comes to travel mugs. I will ONLY use ceramic or plastic because I don't like the way my tea smells and tastes when I make it in metal. I wanted this one because it wasn't metal but was still vacuum seal, seemed great. But I made tea in it for the first time today and was sadly disappointed.Let me be fair, it's still better than most travel mugs that are metal however it's not perfect either. It is steel but it's ceramic coated not ceramic inside which was a misunderstanding on my part. I decided to have hope because I paid a lot of money for this mug that was smaller than I expected it to be. I am quite disappointed because my complaint is based on the "true to taste" claim (meaning I used it and disagree) and now I can't return it because it has been used.Gotta say I am not impressed. If you are looking for a travel mug that just keeps things hot or cold and you don't know what I am talking about with taste then you'll love this mug. But take my advise and don't buy this if you don't like other metal travel mugs because it has the same issue.

Best water bottle
Although a little more expensive than others, it’s well worth it. The ceramic interior makes a huge difference in temperature and taste. I will be ordering another for my wife!
