I was initially happy with the pool. The setup seemed easy enough and the dimensions were as advertised. Sadly, the pool started to show damage at the seams within a week and deflated shortly after, followed by the filter/pump stop working. We filled it up again, after patching the leaks with the provided patches and used another filter/pump to see if it was salvageable, but it continued to develop more leaks. My children were broken hearted. I was truly hoping the pool would satisfy my family's needs for some fun in the sun but it did not even last 2 weeks.

The media could not be loaded. Woke in to the pool leaking like this - no one has even touched the pool in days. Kids aren’t home. Other than running the pump, we haven’t used the pool in days. Super frustrating. This is the second issue we had. The first was none of the hoses would stay in - kept popping out and leaking - which we fixed on our own. But this? This should never just spontaneously happen. What a huge waste of water and disappointment for my kids when they get home. Ugh.

Nice filter. Pool defective. Seeping/leaking along the whole pool. Unfortunate because we are presented with full return (wasted thousands of gallons of water) or keeping defective pool and hoping it will last one season. At this point, we cannot recommend the product. Thank you.

This pool ripped within a month of first use. Tried to get a hold of seller. Never got a return email. It ripped at the seam. It is at place that you can't patch it. So how do I get this replaced. This was over $200 pool that's now unusable. Do Not Shop Here

The media could not be loaded. I would like my money back it looks like just a matter of time in this pool will fall over. I have had similar pools and have not had this problem. The spot has had several pool set up on it. It is a level. This is the only pool that has had the problem.and know it’s leaking. Even though we got our money back I would not buy another one.

My family and I had set up the pool and were so excited to jump in it the next day. When we came outside to get in, it had completely deflated and water was everywhere BUT in the pool. It was so disappointing. We couldn’t find any leaks or tears so not sure what the malfunction is, but we are sending it back and requesting our money back. I’m giving 3 stars because of the customer service.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and the weather has been in the high 90’s. I went out to check the filter one morning and the pool was egg shaped and water running out one side. Terrible product would definitely NOT recommend
