I love the idea of this, I've always wanted one machine that does what this one does, so I was very excited to get it. But, now that I've tried it for a while, I'm sad to say that it's just not that good.I believe the machine does not produce enough pressure to get a good flavor out of ground coffee and nespresso capsules, I haven't tried it with the dolce gusto attachment. Does not really produce much crema and the flavor is just watery, especially when I test it against my old nespresso machine.It does work, it will give you coffee, but nothing very impressive or enjoyable.Now I'm putting this away in favor of getting 2 machines, for nespresso and espresso, which I was hoping I wouldn't have to do with this machine, but the flavor is lacking too much for me.Other pros are that it looks pretty, it's small and doesn't take too much space.Other cons, the material the cups are made of feel a little cheap.If you don't have much space and don't care too much about espresso flavor, this machine will work for you.

every thing is great but i have an issue that G chamber is not working

This is a great concept and works very well, when it works. However, it is cumbersome to use, especially due to the poor placement of the power cord, which gets in the way. The pro’s include the tube to draw water from a water bottle, instead of using the flimsy plastic water reservoir, and the fact that it uses Nespresso pods. The con’s include that it is hard to position it on the stand, and at first, it kept falling off the stand, because the two prongs that hold it on were hard to engage. Second, it seems necessary to run water through the machine before inserting a capsule every single time. So if you want to make a double espresso, you have to run water through without a pod, then insert a pod and make one shot, then run more water through without a pod, and then insert another pod to make the second shot. If you try to make the second shot without running water through, it will dribble out a little coffee and then stop. I missed the return period, so I will keep it for now and try to make the best of it — it is very convenient for travel — but it’s just not as easy to use as I expected.

Hot water overflows at the coffee chamber seam, doesn't close tight, has no seal. I tried all chambers: Ground, Nespresso, and Dolce. Same problem. The Nespresso cup has water come in from the pin but it only flows out when the metal cover comes off. The problem is that it gets stuck at the bottom of the chamber and doesn't allow the water to flow into the coffee cup. Overall design pretty good but has serious design flaws. I returned for a full refund.

I like the machine but the water tank come already broken I'm trying to find out how can I get another one I don't have any answer , the website they are delivered in the book doesn't exist
