For the price, this is a great watch. Neither it looks nor feels cheap. Looks stylish and is very comfortable to wear. You can even view your messages and phone calls on it. There were only two issues I had: 1. I couldn't find the watch right away with the Huawise app on my phone. It was a little confusing because the app is called Huawise, but the watch is called Y20GTA️. A couple of times, I had to restart the watch. 2. If I place the watch on my wrist the normal way (knuckle side), the watch won't read my blood pressure. It only reads if I place it on the back (palm side).

So far I've charged it completely, very easy to do. It's magnetic so be careful where you're charging it. It didn't take very long to find all the different screens. It paired up with my phone easily and hasn't disconnected. I get messages and alerts only a beat after my phone. I'm a dog groomer and it's held up under soap and water. The sleep tracker and heart rate monitor seem to work as intended, I don't have any other way to verify the accuracy. I still like it, it's fun to check. I get little notifications when I reach the step goal. Which is cute, it looks like a little achievement trophy. Overall I think it's a good watch. I'm fairly happy with my purchase, it's only been a couple days but if nothing happens then I'll be happy with it.

I was excited to get the watch and see how it performed. The screen appeared larger and brighter than the FitBit that I was wearing so it looked attractive.The watch worked well for about 2 months and then just died. Won’t charge and won’t turn on. When I contacted the service tech line on the app, I kept getting the same automated reply. “We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please apply for a return and refund on Amazon.I responded that the Amazon return window closed after 30 days and I received back the same automated reply again.DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK. LOOK AT ALL OTHER OPTIONS FIRST

Bought this one for my old watch replacement, I was impressed how easy to set up. It has all features I need, my old one is more expensive, has less functions compare to this one. plus call is very clear (very surprised). Will absolutely buy another one for my daughter soon. Great value for this smart watch. Strongly recommend.

Honesty- this is probably my favorite tech purchase from amazon thus far!! First and foremost - never have I ever had such excellent customer service and never have I been able to reach customer service so quickly. I am thoroughly impressed. I even reached out to them at like 10pm eastern time and they (Angel) responded so fast. Additionally the product was really easy to set up and connect. It's easy to learn and gosh - for the price it is literally a steal! I bought my husband the android watch for like $300 and I feel like this watch is comparable to that in every way except the ability to text back from the watch. I looooove that I can set my alarms, make calls from it, go on a walk with my dogs and listen to music and control the music from it, love to see the weather and the step count. Love the ability to dial out. All if it is so great and I'm so happy with this product. P.S. I hate fake reviews and all of the reviews I read for this product before purchasing were right o point. They are deserving of every star. Impressive company and product!

I wouldn't call is a smart watch. More of a GED watch. If you want to appear like you are into tech but don't actually like tech this is the watch for you. It doesn't do all the cool things like a Google or Apple watch. But it does show you the time and a little bit more.

The watch is real easy to use and sync with your phone. Really good features. I can even take calls on my watch and listen to my music. Other watches like this cost hundreds. But this one was in my budget. Let's not forget the live assistance you get when you need help.
