I previously had a nail drill, which was bought at the Asian hair store. The previous one didn’t really get the job done and I couldn’t turn it up to a higher speed because the vibration and irregular motion would hurt my nail beds.I finally broke down and decided to purchase a better one and this one had good reviews. When it arrived, I was almost certain I would have to return it because I didn’t see the charging cable. FYI-be sure to lift the plastic holder and everything out of the box because that is where my charger was hidden! Not sure why because everything else was neatly on the plastic tray.I really really wanted the purple/pink color, but settled for the silver one since I needed same day delivery and that color was the only option. The color is nice and simple. The feel of the device is smooth and has a good weight to it.Mine was already charged, so I don’t know if that means it was used and returned?. The instructions on included could be totally better! They are very minimalistic and not helpful. I had some issues with changing out the different bits, but finally figured it out. Turning the device on was simple and the dial to change to speed is simple to use.I didn’t have any of the irritation from excessive vibration, like I did with the other brand. The device can heat up a bit on the nail, but that is with any of them and skill will help avoid this. I love the fact that it does not have to be plugged into an outlet-that was a key feature for me! When I am in a hurry, I may not be necessarily by an outlet and that use to frustrate me. This saves me time and frustration. The holder snaps on easily and can be placed on the left or right side, which is great for versatility based on hand dominance.The one issue that I have had so far is that the very first time I charged my unit, I went to power it on and it would not power on. I panicked and had to use the old brand I had for the time being. Randomly the next day, I attempted to turn this unit on, before contacting Amazon, and it powered on fine. I am not sure if this is a glitch, but this is my main concern for longevity, since I had only used it once and that was the after effect of charging it once. I haven’t had any issues since, but I still get nervous after charging it.All in all, this is a nice addition to any DIY mail enthusiast. It does the basics of what you need and the design is nice. It’s compact enough for easy storage and the portability of the product is perfect. It would be beneficial for them to include the uses for each of the attachments, but you can google or look on the Amazon product page, which is annoying but still accessible.

Normally I am not one to write bad reviews. This might actually be my first. I really wanted to give this nail drill a chance. The first couple of months were great. Charged well and worked great on my nails. Unfortunately the last number of months, It's been showing an Error message every time I turn it on. I have to turn it off and turn it back on a couple of times to get it to work. Then today, I got an Error message it started smoking and turned off. Now It smells like someone took a flame to it, and it no longer works. I'm not sure what to do as I am wayyyy past my return date. :(

Had it for awhile now and takes a lick n but keeps on tic n...... Dropped it a few times not noting but keep on going....Hasn't failed me yet....

I don’t even have a year with this product and it keeps telling me Err do this have warranty?

i like it but it does get warm after using it for a set so i have to let it cool down before i use it again

I bought this to trim my artificial nails when they get too long. I usually go back to my nail salon and they use the electric drill to trim my nails. I decided it would save me time and money to get a good drill and do it myself. Nope... this drill is not sturdy enough for anything but thin nails. The pieces that you put on the end of the drill are very cheap.

I came apart when I tried to unlock it

I used this drill a few times over the course of less than a year. It just wouldn’t charge or turn on. Stopped working. Worked great when it did work but I only used maybe 3 times.
