Calmed new puppy
Calmed our new puppy down when she first arrived at her new home. She slept all night through. We recommended to the other puppy owners and they purchased one for their new pup too.The heartbeat inside works well and the puppy can't get to it because of the valcro pocket.Puppy is 9 weeks old and she still sleeps with her heartbeat puppy every night.We got the same colour as her mummy so pup thinks its her mummy xWe didn't use the heat pad because it was damaged.

Great toy
My dog absolutely loves this toy. Although he is not interested in the heart beat function at all so we don't use it. The stitching where the heart goes in could be stronger as it has started coming apart and needs to be restiched. Washes easily.

Unimpressed
This product looks good but what is meant to be a soothing heartbeat actually sounds like a ticking sound. Unfortunately because I ordered early to be ready for puppy's arrival, last weekend, I have missed the return deadline, otherwise I'd return it!

Great item..however..
The toy and the heartbeat gadget were awesome. However, the heat pad provided is a single use item and cannot understand why they did not include a microwavable heat pad that I purchased separately from Amazon for £3

Puppy comfort toy
Looks like one of my pup's brothers, and was quickly adopted as a comfort toy as she came to her new home alone. Carries it in and out of her crate for naps etc. Only bothered with the heartbeat thing a couple days, now just a soft fav. Nice way to allow a transitional toy during new adoption time.

Puppy loves it
My 8 week old puppy loves sleeping with this plushie. It’s about the same size as my pup (for now). I had her siblings and parents and breeders leave their scents on it so she could feel more at home in her kennel. She sleeps with it every night. I haven't got and batteries yet so not sure how the heart is.

Don't last 48 hrs
Barely last 10 hours. Don't buy. Even when you seal them off to remove all air. Next time you use it doesn't work.

great product for a puppy
Our Yorkie puppy is so cold natured that with a cool house in winter and air conditioning in summer, I think this will be something we use year round. It works perfectly in her warming puppies and lasts for at least 20 hours. I was concerned that putting it in a plastic bag in daytime would not make it stop heating but that works exactly as described. So we will continue to pamper her and keep her warm with these

Best purchase
This has been a great soothing toy as advertised for our new puppy. His been using it for months now and always lays on it or next to it for comfort. His over 12 weeks old and sleeps peacefully through the night. This is a great purchase for you poodles that always want to be next to you. Highly recommend
