Keto made easy!
I love this book. Whether you are doing keto full out or looking for good recipes and good advice on dropping a few pounds this book works for me. The author, Molly Devine, makes the concepts easy to understand. I have bought other keto “diet” books but she gets to the issues clearly and succinctly. Her explanation of why this kepo approach works is just the explanation I needed.I love that healthy fats are used in addition to the animal proteins. She provides recipes that are easy and not just adding more cheese to get your needed fat and protein as so many other kept books do.I think this is a solid basis for a lifestyle diet instead of just a way to lose weight. I am not looking to lose weight but my husband is and so far this book works for both of us. The book provides a shopping list and weekly meals. I find the meal plans very helpful even if I just use them as a starting point and move the menus around to keep the balance. To me this is critical for success.She also throws in some exercises figures and guidance about exercise. Also a helpful reminder. Don’t expect a big glorious cookbook loaded with photos. You won’t need them! The directions and tips are spot on. Even though it says 28 days you willKeep this one handy for the good flavors and healthy choices.

This Book is the Best I've Seen to date!!!
This book, published in 2022, contains knowledge assembled in one place that will allow me to pass on "many" of the other Keto books I've purchased over the last year because they only contained part of what I needed to know. This is absolutely the best, the very best, all around Keto "How To" read. It's concise and comprehensive, not skipping over things one really needs to know, in the presentation of how to be successful on a Keto Lifestyle. And I don't think that anyone under the big "50" should pass it up because it has an age on the cover. It's the same for younger people as well. I'm so happy I finally found this book! Molly Devine has cracked the code!

Pretty Good Book
Not sure why I thought it was 1200 calorie a day menu, its not but that can be adjusted. I have only tried the Keto Chili and Baked Ricotta with Berries so far. I did add a can tomatoes (no sugar added) to the chili as it just didnt seem like chili to me without tomato. The flavor is really nice but it was very soupy, not sure how 4 cups of broth are supposed to thicken up with the lid on, I had to cook it nearly double the time and it was still pretty liquid which I didn't mind, just surprised. Several recipes look really good and I plan to try. Its a good informative book and also has some cardio and strength building exercises in the back.

Easy recipes
I liked the easy to read book.also the shopping list for each week was very helpful. The recipes are delicious and easy to make. Mostly 10 minutes to prepare. I would recommend this book to anyone starting keto 👍

I ordered a new book and got a used book
I ordered a new book and received a new book. The page corners are worn and there is oil or something sticky on the page edge. Some of the pages are stuck together. That's not cool. I paid for a new book.... not a used one.

4 week meal plan with recipes.
Love this book. I have never tried Keto but this is the way to start it. The book itself is high quality with heavy weight pages. Lots of pictures of the recipes and detailed instructions. The beginning of each week starts with a grocery list of needed items so it makes shopping easy. The book starts with and explanation of the Keto way of life and the benefits of this life style. It also gives an exercise plan to help in your health goals. We have tried many of the recipes in this book and really like about 85% of them. As with anything, there are foods we like and foods we don’t. This book gives you the option of several different meal choices for each day so you don’t have to eat the ones you don’t like. It also tells you which foods to prep in advance to make quick work of the meal when it is time. I really like this book and would recommend it to anyone looking to lose a few pounds or just live a healthier life.
