I bought these for occasional use when I needed metric sized bits. The seem true and sharp. Good value for the money.

I have only used these drills in softwood, so I can't speak to their longevity in hardwoods. They are sharp, and the brad point means no wandering at all. They've been working well for me. I like their holder, which is clearly marked with the sizes.

So far I used the 7mm and 10mm and both drilled straight and true through 3 inch walnut without deflection.

I've used a couple of these bits for several holes in not-very-hard wood.They can no longer qualify as being suitable for use as brad point bits.I did make the mistake of not using them strictly to start my holes, which is what their design is intended to be used for, but instead continued boring deeper into the wood to my complete project depth.That probably put much more wear on them that could have been avoided.This was my first use of brad point bits.Live and learn.Still, they shouldn't have suffered the damage that they did.They're barely worth the price paid.I'll be more judicious if I ever use the other unused sizes.As for the two I did use, I'll need to replace them individually with higher quality bits.I still need to use those sizes.Sigh.Not knowing if they'd lasted a bit longer if used strictly to start a borehole, and not continuing to depth, I can't say whether I'd have bought them knowing what I now know.Ya spends yer money and ya takes yer chances, as "they" say.

I bought the 19 pc. metric brad point drill bit set. It was packaged well, delivered on time, but was missing two drill bits . I reached out to Migiwata the seller. They asked for my mailing address and sent me a whole new set. I was only asking for the two that were missing. that surprised me. I used them on a project that used metric dowels. The bits are very sharp cut clean. For the price and quality I defiinitly would recommed
