All Balls26-1298 Carburetor Repair Kit (26-1298 Yamaha TTR250 1999-2006)

Everything fit great for me except:The needle e clip was loose on the needle. I don't know if that will effect anything. I honestly don't think it will, but that was a minor defect I found in the kit.&The mixture screw O-ring is significantly narrower than it's channel on the screw. It fits nicely into the port, but there is room that the O-ring does not fill. I do believe this may cause an issue.I saved my original mixture screw and needle. If problems arise I will put them back in the carb with a new clip and a new O-ring. The provided screw and needle do not fit well with any clips or O-rings that I could find in Fastenal. I'm hoping there are no issues and I will not have to reinstall the old parts.I was disappointed that the accelerator pump was not included but that's on Amazon too fort $18. Do buy that. It's of good quality and should be replaced as well.

Great kit to overhaul my carb on my 2000 TTR250, bike was sitting for 10 years in garage, cleaned up carb and installed this kit, bike started in one second and running like a new bike now..can’t beat it for the price....
