I didn't even get to put one pillowcase on the pillow and completely ripped open! I wish I still had the picture to show it. I was so mad I didn't even to bother to return. Just throw it in the trash.

To receive the product on timely fashion as promised and that IT IS true to what was advertised
Firstly it was not delivered as promised, tracking E-mails gave a delivery date and then kept changing it. Finally when received IT WAS NOT at all what I expected. Poor quality.
