Rollei RPX 400 ISO Black & White Film, 35mm, 36 Exposure

This film has always been dependable. I like the extra speed and smooth grain. The contrast is nice as well.

Received the film expired and packaging open. I don’t mind shooting expired film, but I was under the impression it was not expired based on the posting.

This film was available for a good price on Amazon so I gave it a shot. I am not an experienced film photographer by any means but I loved the results of this film. I used it for walk-around and landscape photography. The low ISO was challenging to use but forced me to get a bit creative. The grain is very fine. I would call it a medium contrast that blended very well. Overall, this film was an instant favorite and a great summer film. Quite good for long exposure landscapes as well.
