A sick relative had teeth extrsctrf for dentures.
A relative with new dentures was losing weight not being able to chew properly. I can take a hamburger or just about any type of food and grind it up. It still taste good and is better for digestion. It is a little work but worth the effort.

Couldn't get it to work
Arrived in a very worn box with the entire thing REEKING of mildew. The plastic baggies were still on, but it wasn't nearly new enough to gift as intended even if it did turn like it's supposed to.

Works great
Absolutely great product

Not worth trouble
Poor design...annoying to clean and put back together. Takes forever to grate anything over one tbsp of cheese.

More trouble than it's worth
Unless you just need one or two bits of cheese to garnish a dish, this is more trouble than it's worth to use. It's easier and faster to just use a standard grater.

Just buy a regular cheese grater
Broke on first use

Works as expected not as wonderful as advertised
Product works okay. Must use elbow grease, easy to clean, however the cheese gets junked up easily when turning.

Graty is great!
I've read in some other reviews that people think the Graty is not worth the trouble--messy, takes too long to clean, etc. Well, that's probably the case if you're just grating cheap, tasteless blocks of government cheese for your nachos supreme. But what I like about the Graty is that it really words best with high quality premium mature cheeses like Gruyere, Aged Gouda or Sharp Vermont Cheddar. I like to put hard cheeses like this in the Graty, grate a bit for my omelette or salad, then I can store the cheese right inside the Graty in the fridge for next time. Simple and efficient!
