It's finally perfect!
I bought many different bras for my reconstruction post-surgically. Nothing seemed to work and the doctor kept telling me they weren't the right ones (5 different bras). I am a size 12 and medium build and need a supportive bra for my particular recovery needs. My skin is super sensitive and the fabric was perfect. I ordered my regular cup size and it was a bit big, but every other bra was too constricting so I ordered it with space I didn't need. This one ran true to size, doesn't ride up underneath, and I can wear it all day. The best part is the normal bra strap that isn't visible under my work clothes. Leaving the name with the doctor's office tomorrow to save her future patients the ridiculous struggle of finding the right bra the first time. I am very thankful for this bra.

I liked the Annette Post Surgical Bra So Much, I Bought a Second One!
The Annette post-surgical bra worked great for the purpose for which I purchased it. I had a breast reduction and purchased a number (seven, in fact) of different styles of surgical bras. The Annette post-surgical bra actually had "normal" bra sizes (e.g., 38C, 40C, 38D, 40D) rather than just small, medium or large. This made it easier to select the correct size. The doctor chose this bra out of the seven to send me home in. When it came time to change bras (and wash this one), I realized why the doctor had selected this one. It was far more comfortable than the others, while still providing very good support. I liked it so much I purchased a second one. I have been wearing these bras 24/7 for over a month now. Occasionally I wear one of the other bras, but I like this one the best The band is not too wide, the straps are comfortable, the sides are not too high, and there aren't too many hooks. It is very easy to put on and take off. I wash it on "hand wash warm" in the washing machine and line dry. It washes and dries beautifully (line dries completely over night). The fabric in the cup is very soft and comfortable. I will be able to wear this as a sports bra once I am healed from the surgery. I definitely recommend this product.

Best bra for this
I bought this bra to wear after my bandages came off after breast augmentation surgery. Best bra for this. My doctor suggested something like this or a sports bar because they’re cheaper. Doing cheap out. With this bra, I was able to adjust myself and take care of myself due to not having to pull something over my head or pull off. I wouldn’t have been able to shower by myself 1week post op if I had worn a sports bra because I could not undress myself if I had to pull a sports bra off. This was a life saver. Definitely made my recovery easier and was comfortable to sleep in as well.

So this bra looks nothing like the picture on this page
So this bra looks nothing like the picture on this page. Part of the reason I was willing to pay so much for this bra is that it looked to be a bit thicker in the cups, and would prevent my nipples from showing through. It's a pretty basic bra for how much it costs. The nice part is its low cut and the clasps are flat to the body so it doesn't bump out underneath the shirt and you can wear more styles of clothing. To me it's just a basic somewhat thin wireless bra. Not worth $50

This is the perfect bra to wear after breast reconstruction surgery
This is the perfect bra to wear after breast reconstruction surgery. The surgical bra the surgeon gave me was perfect for the week after surgery, but it got annoying after that time. I scoured amazon and websites to find something nicer, more comfortable and smooth in it's place. And this bra does the trick. It fits perfectly to what they state in their sizing charts - as opposed to some other brands. It gives a nice lift as well as moderate compression. I'm relieved because I'm not ready for regular bras just yet.

Best post-op bra I've found
Just right, the best of the bras I've tried for post-op support after breast reduction surgery. For the first few days/weeks, this is perfect. I first got a 36D to accommodate bandages, then my regular size 34D. True to size, very comfortable, especially the soft band where the incision lines are. Designed for post-op so it has the right compression. Comfortable for sleeping, too. I've tried several sports bras as well, with varying results and I find them more appropriate for later in the healing process (I'm at 8 weeks now). Highly recommend.

I love that it is a little longer on the bottom ...
I'm wearing it right now! I love that it is a little longer on the bottom because the bra my surgeon gave me rubs against my stitch line now that I'm less swollen. If you're having a reduction like I did - I highly recommend this item.

Very happy. Go up a band size so it will be soft enough.
Really happy with this bra. I'm glad I went a band size larger or it would have been too tight. It's soft and comfortable.
