These are just way too soft for me. They actually feel good against my body, but with one pillow my head just immediately sinks down to the level of the mattress. I tried stacking two pillows and the height of my head felt better but then it was like I had balloons on either side! I imagine this is typical for feather down pillows so I am still giving 4 stars. The quality seems fine.

Been needing replacement pillows for quite a while now, and this time I decided to go for a premium pillow for a good night’s sleep. Trying to find the balance between price and quality got me this pillow set. I wasn’t disappointed.The pillow set arrived in a box which is quite heavy for a pillow. Inside the box are the 2 pillows sealed in a vacuum wrap. Once it was out of the plastic wrap, it grew to its full size. One thing that immediately caught my attention was the quality of the fabric. The fabric cover is thick and feels very premium. My previous pillows are mostly cotton fabric, so having this firm pillow is a different experience. It is firm in such a way that it will not wrap around your head or burry your head. When you lay on it, it is soft, but the entire pillow will follow the contour of the head and neck without burying the ears or cheeks. I like the firmness of the pillows as it feels less claustrophobic by leaving the side of the head/checks breathe. I am a side sleeper most of the times, and this pillow is perfect because it doesn’t bury the nose when sleeping on the sides. With regards to comfort, the first night feels a bit awkward, but after getting used to it, it is definitely a big upgrade from my previous pillows.Overall, I love these firm pillows. It is perfect for side sleepers like me. Some people may prefer softer pillows, but either way, the quality of these pillows is outstanding. Comfortable for sleep, yet strong enough for pillow fights. Highly recommended.

I’ve been on a quest for the perfect nights sleep. I bought a real pricy sleep number bed, an adjustable frame, a memory foam topper, 1000 count Egyptian cotton sheets, a down comforter, but something still wasn’t quite right. I had skimped on my pillows. I have soft ones, firm ones even two MY Pillows that were a Christmas gift, as I tossed and turned, I’d throw them on the floor....yeah, maybe 6 pillows were too many on the bed, but the problem went deeper and I didn’t figure it out until I recently stayed at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas. No, it’s not a 5 Star Hotel, but they got new rooms with a 10 Star sleep experience, including pillows like these!! Or these are the closest I could come to the same feeling of those pillows. Just OMG Heavenly!! I didn't realize how out of alignment my head and shoulders were on my old pillows!I ordered the Firm version of these. They have great loft, they are heavy and BIG....no skimping here! They are made amazingly well, give you good support and do what good pillows are supposed to do, lure you to sleep!Just remember, they are down and feather, so naturally, when you lay your head down, it will sink in....it will be cradled, the loft of the pillow will go down, but get real, what do you expect??!! The pillow performs exactly like it should.In closing, a couple of reviewers mention that the pillows smelled. I seriously gotta question that. My pillows had NO SMELL what so ever. Unless maybe somehow these pillows got wet, then it could be possible....did someone try to wash them in a washing machine?? Cause the manufacturer says dry clean only. Follow instructions people. Even though they’re made in China, I give them 5Stars....face it, you could’ve payed a lot more for quality pillows like these. ENJOY!UPDATE: Added two more of these queen firm pillows. All my sheet sets come with 4 pillow cases, so why not? I love them! Also added pillow protectors, so rather than have to dry clean the pillows. I can just launder the pillow protectors and the pillows stay clean as new.

The pillows ship in a vacuum sealed bag. They are dense and heavy. As soon as you open the bag, they start to expand. A quick fluff and they are ready to go.I found the pillow I used to be soft and firm. There is a lot of material inside the pillow - I'd guess it compresses to an inch to 1.5 inches. It is firm (per the description).I did not notice any odors. They were very clean looking, no dust, etc. I put the pillow into a new case and was good to go. The pillows are bulky when fluffed up.I also did not notice any quills poking me. We own another pillow that has feathers that will occasionally poke you. Not these. These are good quality.Now, the age old dilemma for couples. Finding something you both like. I liked the pillow and had a good night sleep on it.My wife said it was too firm. I noticed that she tossed her pillow on the floor and used her old one. I suspect she won't try it again. She would have been better off with a less firm pillow.Well, I guess I now have two of these. Score!

They arrive absolutely flat, so I instantly disappointed. Low and behold, I cut into the packaging, and they became enormous! They are almost too full. But I love them. Lots of support. I recommend them highly.

Love my new feather pillows! They’re very comfortable and bigger than expected. They’re only 15% actual down feather and 85% water fowl but for the price it’s a great deal!

Went to buy again because I was very happy with 1st purchase. I bought 1 set soft and 1 set firm. When I received my 2nd order of soft recently I noticed the fill was much less than the last purchase. I checked the labels and soft was at 42oz fill and now is 30oz! The firm was 44oz and is now listed at 40oz. I wasn't expecting to have to look so close at the fill since I thought I was buying the same product again. Beware! 30oz is pretty flimsy.

Ces oreillers me conviennent parfaitement. Ils ne sont ni trop fermes, ni trop mous, juste assez confortables pour passer un bras en dessous et avoir la tête bien enfoncée mais pas trop. Pourquoi 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 ? L'emballage ! Ils sont déjà super bien emballés dans une enveloppe de plastique dans laquelle l'air a été évacué. Ces enveloppes plastifiées sont déposées dans une boîte de carton et cette boîte de carton est dans une plus grosse boîte de carton... Trop c'est trop ! Une pensée pour l'environnement serait grandement appréciée surtout si Amazon pouvait en faire plus à ce niveau.

Too stiff and bouncy, not very fooffy, wife says not to get them again. Good if you like very big volume stiff pillow.

The pillows are huge and not goose down. Size is 36 inches not 28 . They look old and are not vaccum packed.

I love these pillows.They are nicely filled, super comfortable and appear well made.
