Works well and silently
It works really well, it’s so quiet it’s hard to know it’s on, it’s attached to the light switch, but it starts automatically when the humidity rises and clears steam efficientlyI knocked off a star because although it comes with a great variety of outside vents covers, none have a flap system just an insect grid, in my east facing bathroom that means the wind blows straight in. I had to buy and install a separate non return flap ventIt also comes with a load of concertina vent pipe.

It is silent.
I don't know about easy install, I used a professional. If I'd been younger it looked simple enough.
