A serviceable cart that fills a design feature niche, but takes awhile to assemble
Pros:This cart fills a niche between small economy carts with no enclosed cabinet space and larger, much more expensive carts with considerable enclosed storage options. The construction is reasonably sturdy when assembled, and the finish--which is a textured/crinkly black enamel--looks like it will hold up to hobbyist/barn usage (probably in excess of my actual anticipated usage). The components were packaged with some foam sheets between the parts, so some care was given to minimize damage to the finish.Cons:This cart is WAY too dependent on bolted fasteners for assembly--There were like 3 lbs of 10mm bolts, nuts, & washers. The instructions are also disappointingly unclear on the use of washers and lock-washers in assembly. The assembly instructions are also purely text--no pictures showing assembly other than an exploded diagram indicating parts numbers for individual components, should you ever need to order one. But between these 2 aspects, it was not difficult to assemble, just very time consuming. It took me about 2 hours (+/-) altogether, to assemble the cart and set up with simple hand tools, and I am a mechanical engineer so my mechanical aptitude was not lacking. The box the cart is shipped in apparently also needs more tape to secure the ends, as when FedEx delivered my cart, the end of the box was open and the contents were disheveled, indicating that there was a spillage of contents. I suspect this is why some of the components appeared to have light scuffs on their finish (and considering this is a tool cart, they weren't bothersome to me). Looking at the other end of the box, it appeared to be secured by 3 strips of clear packing tape, of which only 1 were still intact. No glue. No heavy staples. Just a little bit of packing tape to contain maybe 50 lbs steel plates inside. I mean, really?Bottom line:A serviceable cart, with a better features I think than the other mid-range cart available. A design that minimizes the bolted fastener requirement would be helpful--Make some use of tab & slot assembly technique and save the fasteners for locking it together. Also could use better clarity in the assembly instructions related to fastener use (ie. do I use 1 or 2 flat washers for each joint?), and more secure packing closure, since it wasn't adequate to survive FedEx. All told, think it was a good value purchase. I would give it 3.5 or 4 stars but for the packaging failure.

Trash. Don't buy
Buy the cheaper one. No instructions, the holes are looser than my ex girlfriend, the hardware is cheese grade steel, and neither of the casters will swivel.

Just what I needed
This cart is just what I needed for my northern plasma cutter, Hobart mig welder and mini brazing/cutting torch can fit all 3 and has hooks for the cords. My garage floor is a little uneven and it twists a bit when I’m rolling it but for the price I’ll live with it.
