Damascus Utility Blade (5)

Doesn’t seem as flimsy as the run of the mill style blades. Definitely a cool pattern and very unique. These are hard to find and I’m sure this is the only person that sells these. They are pricey. But like I said.. where else are you going to find these. I use a utility knife moreover than a tradition pocket knife and wanted something uniques so this was my purchase. Are you someone that needs a new blade every other day or on a weekly basis? Then this probably isn’t for you. But are you someone that appreciates quality items and want something that others don’t.? Then this is probably more for you or the blade enthusiast… fits my coast dx126 just fine. I think they should add a partially serrated edge to this for future ideas. I would buy one..

So I bought these to use with a Shortcut utility knife from G&G Hawk. I honestly just thought they looked cool, and if I am buying a Ferrari of a utility knife, why put crappy tires on it? The Shortcut is still on pre-order, so I can't tell you anything about the edge holding or toughness, as I haven't actually used these blades. The blades came nicely packaged, and shipped with a little bit of light oil on them, so no corrosion of any kind was present. They look great. They might be a little thicker than a standard utility blade, but maybe that's just me, I haven't actually measured them. They are sharp, as you would expect to razor blade to be. So 4 stars for now, as I don't know how they actually perform.

Real, legitimate, good quality Damascus at least As It Seems. I say this because I do not technically know which metals/steels this Damascus is comprised of.They come really sharp and they are very beautiful.Only have one real negative, which is it seems like they skimp on the material meaning if you take a standard size utility blade it is smaller meaning shorter. This in my opinion is a real let down. If they upgrade this blade, they should really consider stating what is in the Damascus and make them to the standard size.In fact if they're making aftermarket high-end contractor blades they should really consider making other shapes like Tanto, clip point, spear point, and drop point.I think they would really have something.

This doesn’t fit my TPT Slide or my geltek. It’s thicker than a standard blade so therefore I can’t use it. Lame.

Just got these in and glad to see they were real. Ordered a different blade for my leatherman and the looks like it was a carved pattern. These are the real thing.

This is not the exact size of a regular blade. It would not fit in a standard utility knife.

Worth it 100% fit and finish were top notch. I plan on trying to bring out the etching on at least one of the three.
