I am a Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt and this tape is a lifesaver!It holds up extremely well to grappling with a lot of sweat and is easily removed afterward.I have tested it with 25 x 5 minute rounds, without any issue.I highly recommend this product for anyone desiring extra finger support.

The media could not be loaded.  When buying this I read many people’s review saying that there was residue and a smell left after using it. I have not experienced that myself. It sticks for the whole practice (except for when I don’t do it right enough letting sweat seep in) and when it’s time to take it off leaves no residue or smell. 10/10 would recommend, great value too!

Bought this tape for my fiance to use for jui jitsu, she loves the quality of this tape, color is amazing as well, very happy with my purchase.

Was hoping and thought it might be a replacement for the evolv magic tape, since the description reads "Residue-free Tape" but this isn't the case. This has a sticky back that while may not be like some athletic tapes, it's not residue free, and definitely not adhesive-less like the evolve tape which only sticks to itself.If you just need thin tape for finger wrapping, this should work fairly well, but it is sticky so move on if you are trying to find a cheaper replacement for the evolv stuff that has no adhesive at all.

Pros: It’s super easy to apply and rip (no scissors) needed. Has a good initial stick.Cons: After a few rolls it started peeling away. Makes your hands super sticky and leaves tons of residue.EDIT: 7/13 After using the tape multiple times since it does the trick. The tape only left a residue since it was left in hot conditions before applying making the adhesive warm up. Also, the tape is “stringy” essentially as your rolling it out you’ll have a small piece detach. Changed from 2 star to 3 for nowI would maybe purchase again, but might go a different route.

I was a regular customer of Monkey Tape and ran out. I’m typically brand loyal but needed tape and order this product instead. I’m short, it works every bit as well and was in stock. Any adhesion issues were linked to my ignorance and corrected once I looked up how to tape properly.

As a goalkeeper, I use this tape to reinforce a couple of previously injured fingers. I use the BJJ taping method which provides great protection from over extension.I've never used this type of tape before so I can't compare it with other brands, but this stuff works great. It's very strong and stays put inside my sweaty gloves. Tears easily when applying. Will purchase again when I run out.
