It took the plumber 5 minutes to do the install and my husband is very happy with his selection.

overpriced, expected better from kohler
Generally I really like kohler's purist line--this hand shower is a disappointment. First of all its mostly plastic and a bit large and cheap looking. More importantly the water pressure is abysmal for a hand shower and that's after removing the flow restrictor. Hand showers tend to be a little higher pressure to really remove the soap and shampoo and this one is weaker than the main shower head. Overall it is okay but for the price and the kohler brand I expected better. I'll be looking for something better.
