ベアフット系のサンダルは初めて購入。まず持ってVibramメガグリップの信頼感は圧倒的です。タウンユースではオーバースペックですが、滑らないというゼロ次安全はサンダルでは逆に心強いメリットじゃないでしょうか。サイズはジャストで履くのが正解なので、自分のサイズに合うサイズを買ってこそのものです。ウィングドエディションでフィット感は追い込めますが、非常にシビアです。今だにポジションの正解を見つけてないように感じますが、それでも履くのも脱ぐのも歩くのも走るのも具合いいです。お勧めされるだけあります。

I wanted a sandal that I could use for hiking and swimming in Cenotes. I was looking at Bedrock Cairns and Xero Trails, but the Cairns were a little heavier than what I wanted and the Xeros were not thong-style. I realized I already had a pair of Luna Venado’s that I use for running, so I checked out the Oso Flacos here since I needed them shipped quickly.They did not disappoint. I’ve read that the wings don’t work for some people but they did not bother me at all. I wore them exclusively during my 5-day trip. They were grippy on wet rocks and comfy on flat roads. The wing system made them really easy to loosen and tighten for slipping on and off, or for getting them snug for hiking.These are now my go-to-for everything footwear that I wear daily instead of backless flip-flops.

TL;DR: Great sandals, ergonomic design. Straps broke after 1 yr but got free repairs, took only 3 business days to get brand new straps.These sandals fit perfectly. You can use their website's free foot sizing template printouts to get the perfect size. Hands down they are the best sandals I have ever worn in my life. The best thing about them is that they have a single strap that is very secure, yet very easy to get in/out of. Once you put these on the soles sort of hug your feet very gently no matter how hard you shake your feet (because of running or any other activity).My sandals' side stitching came unraveled after about a year, outside of the warranty period. Thankfully when I emailed them about this, they immediately sent me a prepaid 2-day shipping label to send them back for repairs -- all free of charge! I mailed them back on Saturday but got them back repaired on Wednesday --- amazing! Not only that, they seem to have completely replaced their previous stitched area in the side straps with a new riveted mechanism to fix the problem forever (see attached pictures). Bravo!I usually don't write reviews but felt compelled to write one after they went out of their way to fix my out-of-warranty sandals. And so here I am going out of my way to write a review for you guys. You guys rock!

They fit great!

A saw these on a friend's feet and I loved the way they looked! She said "you gotta have these sandals"! So I purchased them and sure enough, they are the most amazing summer shoes my feet have ever seen! Way better than any flip-flops I've ever owned. I live in Lake Tahoe and I am constantly outdoors. These sandals are amazingly perfect for walking the dogs several times and day and even hiking! You can just basically leave them on all day between the trails and the beach! I also do CrossFit and I like to lift barefoot. Now I can have protection on the bottom of my feet and still have the barefoot lifting feel. And of course I love the story from Scott Jurek's book these sandals were inspired from! I have size 7 feet and I ordered a Women's 7. They fit perfectly on my 'Barney Rebel' feet!
