Tuff RiderKid's Starter Front Zip Paddock Boots

I am highly impressed with these boots. My 3 year old has been wearing them for weeks and they still look brand new. She is very picky about how shoes feel on her feet and she brings these boots to me all the time over her few other pairs that fit her. Trust me...that says A LOT!

Second pair for my toddler!! First purchase was a size 9T when she was only two years old (she wore a size 7T in regular shoes) and she only wore a few times because they cut into her heel and gave her bad blisters. Now, a year later, we went up two sizes... she’s in a 8/9T regular shoe so I purchased a size 11T, and they still are uncomfortable on her heel. It’s a bummer bc the ankle and overall material are super flexible so I had higher hopes for the boots if I just ordered a larger size. I have to double up on socks and put bandages on her heels for these to work. Bummed.

My daughter has only been able to wear these for 30 days because they are too small and tight. We bought the next size up from what she usually wears and it was not enough. My daughter does not have a wide foot either and we tried thin socks. The shoes itself seems of good quality.

These are good starter boots, but although they are true to size for length, that run very narrow. We assume they will stretch in time, but if you have wide feet or ankles they might not work for you.

These have worked out perfectly for my little rider! Comfortable but not cumbersome for wearing in the barn and on the horse.
