Please use caution!
1st time buying-all the positive reviews sold me. And my bunnies ❤️- HOWEVER...please use caution & give only SMALL pieces- very sparingly. I cut down each piece into 2” lengths. (I fed my buns these (without doing research 1st). THEN I read/researched the product. They are sweet & fibrous. Bunnies shouldn’t have too many sweets at all. It changes their stomach pH. And bamboo can actually be TOO fibrous. It can cause blockages. If this seems hard to believe - PLEASE do your own research. Your bunny depends on you to always have their best interest at heart. Also, I use garden snippers to cut into small serving size pieces-like maybe 1&1/2” per 🐇. I only cut when I’m ready to treat them & I keep them tightly wrapped, otherwise they dry out & lose their flavor.

My Rabbit Loves These!!
I'd originally bought bamboo sticks from another seller, for my rabbit, Tobi, to try out as a new chew snack. He can be quite picky, so I thought this would be just another in a long line of treats/toys that got cast aside. Not so with these! He ended up loving bamboo sticks SO much that I had to come here, to this seller, who sold 500 gram bags (as opposed to 100 grams from the previous seller I bought from on Amazon).I was, of course, a little nervous. There were much, much less reviews for this product, but of the reviews that were here, they were good, so I gave it a shot. So glad I did - got a big bag of new chew treats for my bunny boy and neither of us could be happier! The shapes and sizes of each stick of bamboo vary a little bit from one to the next, but it's nothing particularly obvious or notable. All of them have a very slight scent of bamboo if you hold it up to your face (I mean, it IS bamboo, so) - I'm not a huge fan myself, but when my bunny catches a whiff, he scuttles over like it's Christmas morning EVERY SINGLE TIME.The best thing about this product is that I know I'm not feeding my rabbit junk. AND he's getting a good toy to wear his teeth down with (not to mention, it keeps him distracted from biting other more valuable things, haha). These are natural and untreated with any kinds of harmful chemicals, so they're safe for my fuzz baby. <3 Of course, my motto is everything in moderation! (Except hay, of course). I usually give him just one stick per day, even though he can tear through it in 20 minutes if he really wanted to. He's gotten better about eating half and saving the other half for later. What a clever boy I have~!The short and sweet of it - I'll most likely be buying these for a long time to come. : )

BUYER BEWARE!!
I have bought this product many times. This was the first time I received a completely disgusting bag of bamboo. Upon opening the bag it smelled awful! I chalked it up to packaging smell. After grabbing a handful of sticks to give my chinchillas, I found this (pictured). I think there were tiny larvae in it. I threw out the entire bag and will never buy this again. Completely unacceptable.

These are the ONLY chews my guinea pigs will chew.
These are the ONLY chews my two guinea pigs will chew, they go through them like candy. I've tried many others--apple sticks, bark, and various pet store options. There are a lot of sticks in this package so I've definitely found it to be the best deal I can find for the price. One order lasts them approximately a month.

Great for rabbits who are careful eaters
All three of my rabbits love these, but I can't give them to my girl. The little piggy eats them too fast and gets stasis. My rescue boy had teeth that were too long when we caught him. By his next appointment his teeth were perfect thanks to these, and the vet didn't need to file.

Good for redirecting destructive rabbits
My rabbits love these bamboo sticks. They are very active young rabbits that are always getting into mischief no matter how many toys are around them. They will always come for these sticks though, so they are good for redirecting when they are trying to destroy something I care about, like my carpet. I've tried giving them variety; like apple, willow, Jerusalem artichoke, etc; and they greatly prefer the bamboo. The two of them go through a bag in about1-2 months.

Has an odd smell but awesome!
I got this for my rabbit Judy, she already had bamboo treats before but I bought them in a sample bag, so I decided since she liked them so much why not buy them in bulk. When you first open the bag it smells odd, almost like something fermiting and wet. Tho at first the smell kinda put her off but later she would eat them up in one sitting! So a success!

Better than apple branches
I grew up with rabbits and knew when I rescued my first one as an adult that they needed something to chew on. I tried what we used with my childhood pets but my bunny wasn’t really interested. I went on a search for something she would enjoy and found these. I bought the smaller size bag first to see how she would like them and she immediately liked these much better. I’m on my 2nd large bag. Great purchase.

False labeling
In the header it claims it is bamboo but as you scroll down it says it is sugar cane!? Do not buy this for any pet bamboo and sugar cane are 2 completely different plants. Oh I’m sure your rabbits, chinchillas, guinea pigs etc will go crazy for them because it is SUGAR CANE. But at what cost?

Says for chinchillas
The product looks ok, but in the title it says for chinchillas and after researching for this product on internet before gicing this to my chichillas, it says almost everywhere that we should never give bamboo to chinchillas.

Meets my Rabbits needs!
They go crazy for this stuff, such a treat. I give one in the morning and one at night. After a couple bags of the stuff they slowed down. I give them 1 every 2 days now. They obviously needed it because they were chewing all my furniture. This feels better than scolding them for trying to relieve their basic needs. I feel safe getting a leather couch now. Also, I couldn't find any research on sweet bamboo and rabbits. My buns have sensitive stomachs and allergies, but this seems to keep them happy and well. There was a moment we left them home alone for 4 hours, and 1 bun had an upset stomach for an hour, but they could have gotten into anything. I noticed part of my walnut stained pine speakers with new bite marks, I believe almost 100 percent that was the cause. Other than that this a new chewing staple food for sure. I hope this company stays in business with the same quality and price. Any higher in price and I would likely be looking for alternatives. The only complaint from me is I WISH IT WAS WITH PRIME and 19.99 for 500 grams.

Bunnies prefer other brands
I've bought bamboo sticks from other sellers, and this one just doesn't seem as nice. It smells a bit sour, like the bamboo is old, and my rabbitd aren't as quick to take it as they were with the last oack I bought elsewhere. Perhaps I received an older pack, but I'm not impressed by the quality.

high in sugar - do NOT GIVE EVERYDAY.
Not sure if this is sugar cane or sweet bamboo. Either way my rabbit loves it and it does not upset his stomach; its a great way to give him a treat and wear down teeth.that being said this is VERY SWEET and you SHOULD NOT GIVE IT TO YOUR RABBIT OFTEN. trust me - I tasted these. they are very sweet. if you give your rabbit too much sugar it will cause digestive problems.give half a stick every 2 days or one a week.
