I read all the reviews prior to ordering so I knew the complaints people listed. I did not have any issues. With any new mattress pad, you need to either wash and dry to fluff OR toss in dryer to fluff after taking out of the package. This pad was pretty fluffy when I took it out, but tossed in the dryer to air it out as well. It is a perfect cover for my thicker mattress. It STAYS ON!!! That is huge.... I have tried multiple ones that once you use them....the elastic corners stretch out and they don't stay on. Or they dont fit a thicker mattress, or the elastic is so cheap it wont stay on either. This pad is a great quality, nice elastic corners and has the side thickness to fit a memory foam mattress that has a pillow top as well. If you have one.... you understand the struggle to find sheet and mattress pads that fit and stay on. This one works and is very comfortable. I highly recommend

I mainly bought this hoping it would help with cooling down my bed. It's been brutally hot this summer and I don't have a/c in my bedroom. My other mattress pad was like a terry cloth material with a waterproof backing. I decided to try this one because I was desperate for something to cool down the bed, even a little. I was very impressed with this mattress pad. I hung it outside in the sun for a few hours and then put it on my bed and it made a huge difference the very first night. It's not that it "cools" the bed, it just wicks the heat away from my body much better than my previous mattress pad. I finally had a good night's sleep, despite the heat. It's a nice comfy material too.

I was surprised at how poofy it is, which is what I wanted. It's still laid out getting ready for use, as the excellent instructions advised. I found them helpful.

I've had this topper for almost 1 month and it is cushy and mostly comfy... HOWEVER it'll make you sweat! Radiates body heat like crazy and I'm a single sleeper not prone to hot flashes

Has been on the bed for quite some time now and it is just this comfortable and a smooth as it was the day we put it on there very happy with it

This is the 2nd time I am purchasing this item. I wash it or fluff in dryer with softner sheet once a month. The first one last two years b4 need to be replaced. It would have lasted longer if I did not wash it with monthly frequency. As would be the case with most mattress pads, place on a delicate dry setting.

It's one of the best once I have bought , makes ur bed more softer and ur nights rest should be better

This is the best mattress pad I have ever purchased. It fits perfect and actually has padded quilting. Very impressed with the quality.

This mattress cover is very comfortable and washes up easily. Another thing I like is if you put a breathable cotton fitted sheet over it, it still keeps you cool and you won’t have to wash the cover as often, just the sheet. It doesn’t stay as cool if it’s really hot but at least it’s comfy.

Good product. Changed a "firm" mattress into a much softer one. I did not know what to expect , no basis for comparison, I am pleased with the difference.

I think its a great mattress cover but sadly I have not noticed any cooling effect. I purchased it in hopes of feeling a cooling sensation as advertised but that is not what I have noticed, not that it is warm, just no special cool touch as hoped for!

Don’t feel anything with this. No cooling and no softness nor padding. It’s so thin even after waiting for a few days to fluff it. Nothing changed except I lost money.

Good cover. Does the job and looks good too.
