I did a lot of research on these rolling back packs before I purchased this one. So far so good. I use it bring books and a laptop to/from work and have only used it for two months. One of the most important things for me is that it is pretty quiet. It has a lot of storage space. It has some small pockets too instead of just one or two big areas. I am surprised at how much it holds and how much it can expand. Great product for the price.

I love it. It's way more compact than my previous bag, but still has enough space for all the things I travel with for work or play. And it doesn't take up as much space as my other bag.

I was disappointed to find after the first week the straps had torn. My son is only in the second grade and didn’t realize they were hanging out a bit so they were dragging on the ground. Other than that it’s a perfect bag.

It's very spacious, the quality is very good, it helps to organize well 😀 size is perfect and good for the price.

I purchase for my 4th grader it was an overall good back pack she enjoy it and the backpack it lasted her the whole school year the only issue was the handle getting wobble the last 3 weeks of school but other than that it was a good backpack for her

I love this backpack and use it as my traveling office. My previous one lasted more than 14 years and could've gone longer but the inside ripped last year. This new model is almost exact except the one I received leans towards the back instead of being even to the ground, which seems odd. I can live with that - it's the adjustable handle that is the issue. It doesn't lock, so moves up and down while I am trying to walk. It is really frustrating as the last one was SO much sturdier. For the price, that handle should definitely be better quality. Bummed but do still love this brand. Lots of great pockets / storage space.
