My favorite piece in my kitchen!
The only drawbacks I have are the steam opening is very small and the handles get super hot on a gas stove, despite other reviews stating the handles are cool enough to touch on stove top…maybe they meant electric.I’ve used this pot for simmering, ramen, steaming broccoli, making tea, and even made a small batch of cheese dip! I mostly use it for simmer pots.The glass is t h i n, but durable. Such a beautiful piece. Be sure not to pour hot water in it when the glass is chilled, and vice versa!
