You have been warned.
This will cause your eyes to water twice. First, simply with its price tag. However, once you open the bottle it's really on the hotter side. If you do not know what Carolina Reaper is: do not buy as this is not going to be a welcoming entry into the world of spicy (well, unless you prefer the deep end). But if you do know your chillies and feel confident: go ahead! This sauce is fruity and fresh and it definitely delivers. It's now a staple in my kitchen and I love it, although it's nowhere as smoky as I'd prefer. I usually end up adding a bit of smoked salt to it.

One of the best
I've been really impressed by this sauce. What impressed me is the real artisan small batch feeling I get from it. The texture and flavour give me that feeling I get from my best home made sauces. Yes... It's really hot. Don't buy this unless your used to the hottest of sauces. Get another from the range if your concerned about heat. For me, this is a 'one or two splashes and a night of happy regret' sauce. It's at the top heat range of the selection I am eating at the moment. I was intrigued by the smoked claim, and a little disappointed to realise they use smoke essence in the recipe rather than actually smoking the chillis, but the flavour is there, and I expect this is a choice they needed to make for consistant quality. I might even try this in my homemade sauces now.Overall 5/5 and I will definitely be trying more from the range and perhaps making one or two a cupboard staple.

Not as hot as I thought. But I live in Weymouth and will pop into your shop for a hotter variety.

This sauce was an adventure
Being intrigued as to what the Last Dab on Hot Ones might be like, I got this to experience the legendary Carolina Reaper, and it certainly was an experience. The flavour was lighter than I was expecting, almost floral, and not at all fierce. The heat, however was very intense and powerful and lingering, which is what I was expecting. My advice is to plan in advance of trying a sauce like this for the first time, I just spent a somewhat sleepless night while what felt like a medium-sized military conflict was fought out in my stomach, and I maybe won't add quite as much next time. Good stuff though.

Perfect
This sauce has a perfect level of heat to flavour ratio for me.Very spicy but not so much that it is inedible which so many others are.I have to orange habanero and will be back for more.

Best hot sauce ever!
This needs to come with a health warning, so hot!I would suggest using an eye dropper as if you put too much in the mix you will have to dilute the food.I am so delighted with not only the heat but the extra flavour I am getting from the most mundane dishes.
