Ok I can't enough good things about these shoes. I cruise a lot and it's important if you need height to wear a platform shoe. These are a perfect color and height, I'm so happy with this purchase.

Perfect fit and super comfy.

Shoe strap broke after only one day of wear. They were comfortable and cute. Got many compliments on that one day. And I normally struggle with heels but these were easy to walk in. That is until they broke. Now I need to see if I can return and get my money back. Maybe it was just one bad shoe. Not sure if I should try replacing with same shoes.Update-I requested a replacement in hopes that maybe I just got a defective shoe. I really lived the look and how they were comfortable to wear. I got so many compliments. I received the new shoes the very next day after making the request. I wore the new shoes maybe 3 times when one shoes strap (same as what happened before) snapped. I was at work with no backup shoe option so I had to rig that shoe to hold. Meanwhile about an hour later the other shoe snapped in the same spot. Conclusion: the shoes are poorly made and should not be purchased. Save your money. This time I do not have a shoe box to return the shoes so not sure what to do. I think I just wasted my money.
