hard to set up
plastic of car seems very thin. i recharged rechargeable batt but can't figure out how to insert in car. also requires 5 additional aa batts ! it was a gift so i hope the foster parents can figure it out.

Fun car
My grandson really enjoyed this RC car! It was a nice, large car that lit up and was fun for him to steer remotely.

Super cool toy, a bit excessive with the stickers
No lie, when you watch the kids play with the car it does ring pangs of jealousy for me. I wish I had toys like this growing up so I guess it's a good toy. The range is okay but not bad and the car picks up decent speed as well. Definitely not as durable as the tyco remote controlled cars. I wouldn't get this for a first time 'driver'. It's great for that kid that is growing a liking for toys as the shell is fairly accurate. It's the excessive busy stickers that are a turn off for me. Aside from all that, if you got a kid that loves cars? They'll be all over this and their friends will be watching from the side with a bit of envy. Just like how we were when we were younger right?

Awesome RC Car
Got this for my grandson. He absolutely loves it. The car drives really well. Very easy to control. The Audi R8 looks super cool. It was very easy to put together. The added exhaust feature was really nice. They were really excited about the music, lights and the sound of the engine. Very sturdy car and great quality.

Great Beginner Car
I bought this for my 9 year old son for Christmas. The car actually looks a lot better in person than the product pictures. Sure, to an adult it's a little goofy with all the led lights and what not, but to a little boy this is a super rocket car!I gave it quick go the other day while he was at school just to make sure everything was in working order. it's pretty quick and operates just as you would think it does - perfect for kids. I do like that rc toys these days come with rechargeable batteries, the old days of spending half your income on ni-cad batteries are behind us.So yeah, if you're thinking about getting an rc car for a child between 6 and 12 I can certainly recommend this one. The body of the car is very flexible so I don't think I'll have to worry about it being roughed up a bit and it's a great price. Plus you won't have to kill your wallet buying batteries for it. The ones that go in the remote will probably last quite a long time before needing a change.

My kid is obsessed!!
He loves that it is his first remote control car and he can work it fairly easily. He played with it so much!! I will post an update to the review once I can get the videos uploaded. Perfect for little boys

Great and eye-catching remote controlled car
I got this to give my nephew, who is a big car fan. He loves that its an Audi and the colors are attractive. The car is big and durable. He is going to get a lot of fun use out of this car.
