Got this as a gift for her. It did light up with like fairy lights in it but didn’t get a photo of it. Tulle does not stick out to the side like the product photo cannot be arranged like that. She tucked it to show the color underneath. She was happy with it.

Every year our family participates in Walk MS, orange is the awareness color for MS. So, this year it was decided I would wear a tutu for the walk. I’m not a small guy, and this thing fit me comfortably, the same one fit my daughter and dog. Yes, I said dog.One size fits most! What a hit too! I love the lights, draws just enough attention.

Used for St Patty's day party. It was cute and different. Put me in the spotlight.

Very high quality, lots of lights when turned on. The skirt was very full and fluffy. Actually this is for person to wear which is very good quality for the money spent. (dog costumes are cheaply made)

Got loads of compliments on this. It fit me at 5'10" size 8. I put it around my waist and definitely you need shorts under it but people really loved it. Has fast blinking, slow blinking, or steady lights. Wide band which is elastic. The pink was bright and lots of body, not scratchy material either. Battery lasted all weekend.

I loved this tutu but the light didn't work.
