Run as fast as you can from this product!
If you are looking to have a amp that will allow you to hook up all your devices with HMDI for cheap....this is your guy. It works as advertised. The problem is it does not give you enough control to balance out your speakers. It has several settings that allows for various levels of sound from the speakers but they all are very poor. You turn all that off and have your best chance of hearing a fairly balanced sound system. It's still not even close but it works. You cannot adjust the rear surround speakers. No matter what setting you use the center volume will either be too loud or not loud enough. Bottom line if you just need something to allow you to switch between your tv, dvd, ruku, etc. and use your TV's speakers you will be happy. The price for that function is good. If you actually want to use this amp for your 5.1/5.2 speakers then spend the extra money and get a real amp.UPDATE: 2/18/18- had this amp for 4 1/2 months now. Last night was watching TV heard a loud popping sound then sound went out. Completely useless now. Warranty expired two months after purchase. Classic case of you get what you pay for. Buyer beware. Run as fast as you can from this product (and anything else made by this manufacturer).

Clear documentation on all the buttons and how to use them.
Great pictures for different hookups but none for how to use its functions that is clearly written. If they are written at all. Arrived with broken remote. Called Amazon who kept me on the phone while they contacted the manufacturer. They asked that I email the model number and they would replace the remote. Still waiting for the replacement remote.

Quits working when using the HDMI inputs.
Works fine except for the HDMI hookups. Something keeps shutting off at random times and quits working. The regular RCA audio jacks work fine.

Cheap no brand. Nothing for HDMI work only bluetooth, so no TV
Its crazy. Weak sound with no bass, even w/SubWoof attached. LED display went out on amp, so can't see anything, and HDMI (ARC) not transmitting so can see TV, only play weak music. I took too long to verify. Don't buy. I was being cheap.

I ordered on May 6 2019 Martin Ranger MHDR512 it just stopped workin it will turn that's it. I want a different product, or my money back, I'm willing to send it back.

The price is too good to be true.
It kept cutting off sporadicallyand had I to return it.

Shutdown every 20 minutes.
Got it today and found out it shutdown by itself every 20 minutes. After the 3rd time, I gave up.

Wouldn't bother
Arrived defective. Subwoofer port didn't work.
