It's really easy to make in an oven. Though, don't expect a moist and fluffy store like cake as it's no maida but millet flour. It tastes really good though. Can go for it if you're health conscious.

To be clear, a cake mix primary purpose is to make Cake and this product fails at that.Other properties of millets are secondary if the cake does not form well.There are other ways to consume millets and the sole purpose of this product was as a cake mix and it fails.This product did NOT rise to sponginess of other cake mixes, because it did not rise well, it remains wet inside.taste is substandard too, manufacture took buyers for a ride by mentioning no refined sugar but does contain sugar in different name , whether in refined sugar or in unrefined sugar form the danger is there at the end of the day sugar(sucrose) causes rise in blood sugar, physical form of sugar will NOT change the Damage sugar causes! What matters is whether sugar (sugars like sucrose, fructose, glucose... ) is present, chemistry doesNot care for physical form(example: jaggery ) like refined at all! glycemic index values are present for all sugars and that damaging impact happens absolutely with no link to physical form!% content of sugars impacts damage and not physical form (we dont have nano sugars yet for exceptions).Since manufactured claimed no refined sugar in title, it misled and purchased this waste mess.Its a shame that such misleading is being done by manufacturers to deceive buyers into buying, mentioning contains Raw sugar/BrownSugar in title would have been correct instead , not doing that and claiming no refined sugar shows wrong intentions.Wasted money on something that did NOT fit the bill for cake.One must NOT mistake presence millets to cover this defect in this product, there are other ways to consume millets, the role of this product as cake mix failed miserably.Save your money

I loved slurrp farm's chocolate cake mix. This one is also not bad, rises nicely, fluffy etc. But, the flavour is kind of gritty, that is also welcome since it is a millet cake. But it has no vanilla flavour addition and a bit bitter to tastebuds for kids. Maybe decrease the amount of coco powder, perhaps? Other than that, very happy.

Made the cake exactly as per the instructions and bake it in the oven. But did not turned out as expected. I guess some addition of baking powder/soda would be helpful for getting the fluff.
