This item is a perfect size after rotator cuff surgery. Heats up in about 1 1/2 minutes and stays warm for a few minutes. I usually do it twice first thing in the morning. Weight is perfect, very soft on both sides. Some people complained about the smell, but I never had an issue with it. Provides great pain relief in relaxing the shoulder muscles for first thing in the morning. I highly recommend.

Moist heat, heats quickly. Doesn't hold heat long, but that happens when not electrical. Soft & good weight. Handy where electric heating pad can't be used.

I originally purchased it to use for my orphan newborn kitten that was left in my yard. It stays warm for a decent amount of time & it does its job! Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because of the smell. I’ve been using mine for the past month, after the first week or so when I take it out of the microwave it smells like burnt popcorn… The quality is pretty good, but the odor it has after taking it out of the microwave kind of sucks.

I call it a heating pad using the microwave for the heat. It works fine toease the pain with the heat! I have no complaints.

I really love the soft cover and warmth of this pack but it leaked around the sewn seams gritty sandy stuff all over.

My hubby has neck problems and we ordered this for him. We are finding that he doesn't use it as much as he thought he would. Part of that is becs his neck got somewhat better. Part of that is that it is a bit of a pain in the backside to use. It takes up A LOT of room in the freezer. I dunno. We're gonna call this one an 8 out of 10, more or less.
