Great support.
Had a hard time getting this to hold on to the video. I went back and forth with tonton for about a week. China is on the other side of the world but each morning when I woke up I had another answer. My issue was the region setting. They really don’t mention this in the instructions. In the USA the region should be set to FCC. After making that change everything work A OK. I am happy with the system and the video quality.A special mention to Abby tonton support. I wasn’t the most pleasant guy to help but she was always pleasant!

NVR not compatible with Tonton's older (Jan 2019) cameras
In 9/2023 I purchased this NVR after emailing Tonton support advising my prior purchase (in 1/2019) of Tonton's (1080P) NVR was no longer working although the 8 outdoor cameras with the 1080P were still working. "Abby" emailed me back 3 options for Tonton NVR that would be compatible. I chose the most expensive of the 3 options. Sadly, this Tonton NVR (4K 8MP Full HD Wireless with 10 Channel NVR Recorder, 1 TB) is NOT compatible and after months and months of back and forth emails with "Abby" my Audio-Visual technician has said they are giving him the run-around and not responding to his very specific emails that indicate the older 2019 camera models do not have a "reset" button and therefore the AV tech is not able to follow Tonton's instructions how to have the cameras recognize the new NVR. They keep repeating the same instructions and do not acknowledge a work-around when there is not a reset button on the older Tonton cameras as the newer Tonton cameras do have. Since 2019 I've spent over $750 for Tonton equipment, all of which must be trashed and replaced because Tonton's new NVR will not connect to my older 2019 cameras. Not a happy camper!

NVR issues. Tonton
I am a customer technician for surveillance... I love the NVR wireless ton ton system... My client customer first NVR went down... THE CAMERAS ARE WORKING... But the NVR field... Spoke with tech from China... He sent me a link to order a new NVR... System started up fine but the NVR will not pick up the cameras from the old NVR... I was told it won't be an issue to pick up the existing cameras... Customer service cannot be reached because they are in China... I'm in the United States... This is a big issue. They should have a local US number with tech support.
