Q: Does this come with thermal grease or installation hardware?

It doesnot come with thermal grease. It does come with four black nuts and bolts . These are need for installing the new coil. The nut size is 11/32. You might need to get yourself a Gearwrench in that size to install the new coil depending apond the location of the coil.

Q: how many miles will these coils go?

Until it quits working. My original AC Delco coil lasted 244000 miles.

Q: How many amp's does this put out?

This is a chevy OEM style coil. I would look up the OEM specs for the coil. I bought it for a 1994 chevy Silverado with a 350 engine.
