Sturbridge Country Rag Rug in Stone 24" x 36"

As expected. Nice size and appears to be quality made. It does have an odor so it's been airing out for about a week. I haven't washed it yet to see if it holds up.

Great rug, perfect size and style for what I was looking for.Note: this product had a horrible mildewy/paint type smell when I received it. I hit it with febreze and hung it outside for a day and the smell went away.Overall would recommend this product. Great for the price!

The rug is nice and thick, not flimsy. But it absolutely stank when I took it out of the plastic wrap. It smells musty. I left it in the sun for awhile which did nothing. I put it through my washing machine on HOT and dried it too which helped. Then I sprayed it all over with Febreeze and left it out in the sun again and it's mostly better. I still smell the musty smell a little but husband says it smells fine. Color is true to the picture... a creamy white/almost tan with different shades of brown weaved into it.

It is exactly as advertised, looks better than expected for the price, and washes well. (I used a drum washer, not one with an agitator, on one of the gentler cycles and dried it on medium heat. After having good luck with this one I bought one in a mostly blue color, and it has worked out well too. Again, no problem with washing. (BTW, I have dogs and both rugs got peed on, spritzed with a deodorizer and then washed. )UPDATE: these rugs fade over time. I only noticed when I bought a new one. But no problem. Just looks like mellowing to me. I'm still a fan of these little rugs. I have 2 stone and 1 blue ones.

If it helps anyone decide, I've now got these rugs in 3 different colors and I like them all. I bought the denim blue last year for a bathroom, and came back to buy the sage green for the kitchen and the stone color for another bathroom. I did not experience any kind of bad odor with any of them. They did have a little new dye smell when they first arrived, but that often happens with cotton items. Not objectionable and not noticeable once laid on the floor. They give the nice casual look I wanted. Vendor shipped them quickly.

Thought the rug would be more gray but it has more brown in it. However great quality and came quickly. Still like it will just use it in a different room.

These rugs came as expected. I wanted rugs for the kitchen floor that are easily laundered and these fit those requirements. The stone matches our white kitchen well enough. Being rag rugs, the rugs do have fabric slubs and irregularities, but not the zippers and other metal or plastic noted by others. There was a bit of an odor when we took the rugs out of the packaging, but it was not overpowering and it was removed with laundering. I'll probably order a couple more of these rugs.

The color of this rug was much lighter than we wanted. It's nearly white, but we thought it would be more gray. It's just OK.
