I purchased this product to make some buttons as gifts for my daughter's volunteer work. While the 58 mm worked excellent from the start, I had some trouble with the 32mm because about 1/3 of the plastic films had been cut accidentally prior to delivery. Not realizing this, I made quite a few errors, and was not able to finish the job effectively with the 32 mm buttons. Upon notification to the company, and asking only for the replacement of the 32 mm button parts, the company IMMEDIATELY sent out replacement not just for one set, but for an additional 4 sets!! Thank-you very much HAPPIZZA!! That was above and beyond customer service!!

Tenía mis dudas, ya que había leído comentarios respecto al material, pero resultó mucho mejor de lo que yo esperaba. El material es plástico pero se nota que es muy durable con el cuidado correspondiente. Funciona de manera sencilla y excelente, no he parado de fabricar botones desde que la adquirí

So easy to put together and switch out. Made about 20 buttons in 30 mins. If it doesn't work the first time you just take off the plastic piece and tey again. We had one dud out of all our efforts. Highly recommend!!!
