Q: Pic shows 110v but description shows 220v? If 220vac input then i cant use it and will have to cancel order let know if input is 110 vac, thank you

Yes most of them has switch under metal case to change voltage if it is announced as 110v should be there

Q: Is there a schematic for the power supply? are the switch terminals simply on/off and do they carry any voltage? can this be controlled via pwm?

Via pwm doable but need some Major changes on circuit but also possible drive with Electronic potantiometer to control from some other board there are many informaton about terminal on Web also on metal case basically two pin voltage (has 110v/220v selector on pcb), tree pin speed potantiometer, two pin for motor and finally two pin when short motor runs when open stops.

Q: motor is very hot, thats normal?

It depends of your load without load with mid speed not too hot. Max speed still touchable
