Stens120-360 Oil Filter Compatible with/Replacement for Jacobsen CH11-CH25, CV11-CV22, M18-M20, MV16-MV20, K582 and SV730 with Kohler Engines 557759, 888921 Lawn Mowers

This oil filter was purchased as a replacement for the OEM oil filter on my Kubota BX2200 tractor. It has all the quality looks and feel of the OEM Kubota oil filter at a much lower price. In addition, the diameter of this filter is 3" compared to the OEM filters 3.25". This means that you can find standard 3" end spin on/off wrenches for this filter but NOT for the standard OEM filter. Even Kubota does not sell a end spin on/off wrench for their OEM filter. Because the filter is recessed inside the engine under hoses on my tractor, a wrench that accesses the filter from the rear, rather then trying to access the main body of the filter makes turning the filter on/off easier.

This item works well on my Kubota B2320. Fit is good & filtering as expected.

Other than having to crush the old one a bit to get it off, the process was painless. This filter fit right in with no problems.

I only ordered one of these to check the quality before buying a case for my tractor. I had not heard of Stens in the past, but now have no problem buying them. I would recomend them to anyone who has one of these tractors and does not want to pay for the Kubota or John Deere name to be painted on them.

Fit my John Deere 2720 compact tractor fine. Cannot comment on quality, only fit, but fits fine on the Yanmar engine on my JD.
