Q: When I try and order the size 8/8.5 the size listed in my cart to purchase is 39. It should be 38. Anyone else’s having this issue?

It should be a 39 as that is the true conversion for the 8-8.5 for the rest of the brands. Try the 7-7.5 to get a 38 in your cart.

Q: The 9-9.5, is it a 39?

Hi! According to Alegria's size chart their size 9 is a size 39 but the 9.5 is a size 40. I will say that if your 2nd toe is longer than your big toe, go with the bigger size. I know it sounds crazy, which is what I thought when I first read it but Alegria has an angle to the toe box so it's true. If you find a pair that fit (I bought 2 different styles of their shoes) and find them very comfortable.I did buy one pair that I had to return because of my 2nd toe. Good luck and happy shopping!

Q: Which colors are patent leather? The leopard is the only one that you can tell from the picture.

I’ve never seen them in patent leather and I work in a hospital. I’ve also not seen them when they bring them in for trunk shows. Hope this helps

Q: The slickery patent look like 2 different shoes. One has blues like the picture and other has yellows. Shouldn’t they resemble the same color?

Both pairs I’ve gotten have matched the prints I’ve purchased.
