Not bad at all for the price.

Ok so just arrived today. It took a little playing around with but ultimately i was able to get my gen 7 CAT in there. In terms of durability that remains to be seen. I wanted something to store on it on my belt instead of my bdu pocket when im on the ambulance. This is the tq for myself or a crew member and won't be used on a patient unless of course we run out on an mci or something rare, so accessibility with both hands is a must. Overall i gave it 4 stars because i managed to get it to fit, while properly staged and out of wrapping, however I could see how some may not get a properly fitted one as there is no way to adjust it. I do think overtime it may stretch a little given the cheap plastic but i imagine the retention will remain adequate. It's my first holster for a tq so i have nothing to compare it too.

Purchased for a training environment, so went with the cheapest product. It looked good out of the box, but quickly learned that none of the brands of tourniquets would fit when set up properly. Would not buy again.

Cheap, flimsy, don’t waste your money.
