Excellent family escape room activity box
Very fun escape room - great packaging and good use of both digital and physical clues. The contents can be packed away again for others to use again.

A boring, underwhelming experience for me
I found this a boring, expensive and just totally underwhelming. I regret buying it, and it was not cheap. A game like this should have a storyline where the clues link strongly to the storyline. Some of the clues later on link poorly to the storyline and break the story flow. The story was also fairly short and the whole thing was quickly over and back in the box. I bought it to give to friends after, but now I won't as they'll just be disappointed We were bored by the end. If you've ever done an escape room, I suspect you might be too.

Challenging and confusing at times but good fun
Played this one evening as a family with older teens. Comes in a lovely padlocked box, which you can conceivably keep and use after completion. The documents and objects inside are nicely produced with an air of authenticity. We needed clues to solve some of the puzzles and one of the documents wasn't easy to remove as it was jammed in the bottom of the box. However, overall this was really enjoyable and we'll definitely be doing another from the collection.

Know the difference between clue and hint ☝️
Great fun! Only docking a star because I'm pretty sure the keys were supposed to be tied to numbers, but we found them and the strings loose. Now for the idiot warning... in an over-zealous fit of puzzling enthusiasm, we spent about an hour at the very beginning tenuously concocting phone numbers from any numbers we could find because we hadn't realised that you actually start with the first _clue_ online. It's only the _hints_ that are for cheating!Let it be known that it was all Dave's fault
