I bought this cause I have a fold 5 and after a few months, it still works without any flaws. Only thing is the adjustable neck. It gives my phone a slight wiggle when hitting bumps in the road, so I repurposed a solid neck from an older cup holder(ball joint is standard size of other car phone holders), and sits perfectly still. The charger charges fast and doesn't get my phone hot. Clamping arms hold snuggly, with smooth opening/closing. Despite the wiggle arm, I'd buy again for the great holder and charging.

I have purchased a LOT of car cell phone holders....some good and some bad. I am totally blown away with this phone holder/charger. It has everything I wanted. I have a Samsung Fold 5 and I have been using my existing holder but had to keep the phone folded. My previous holder also fit in the cup holder but blocked the open cup holder so I couldn't use it. It also wouldn't allow me to unfold the phone nor did it charge while in the holder. This phone holder solves all those concerns! It fits in the cup holder but has an extension arm that is adjustable so that I can bend the holder away from the open cup holder. It is made to open and shut when the car is on or off and works great while the phone is unfolded! To top everything off it fast charges when the phone is in the holder. Lastly, it looks great! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone with a foldable phone get this for your car.

This product uses a ball type fastener to hold the phone. It fails immediately once you start driving. Any bump or vibration causes it to loosen and your phone will droop down. The charger on back goes off and on. Does not give a steady charge. It says it's made for a z fold but that is a lie. Don't waste your money on this.UPDATE:The seller contacted me and offered to send a new one saying the one I had was faulty. The mount in the picture did fail after a couple days. The new one has remained on and stable. The new car mount works well in my personal car. I drove over 600 miles and did not have to adjust it so i may have gotten a faulty one at first. My work truck however is driven on unsavory roads at high speeds. The extra vibrations does cause the ball to loosen. So the product works well in a daily driving capacity. Does not work well if you plan to drive on bumpy roads. Updated stars from 1 to 4.

Cheap junk. The charging unit seems to work, but the cupholder mount was broken on arrival, the mechanism to secure it inside the holder simply didn't work at all, there was no way to extend the rubber grips.Tried going through Amazon returns, and they could send a replacement, but they insists that they have the original product sent back to them and in their hands within 30 days, or I would be charged for another item. And with Easter coming up and international shipping taking it's sweet time at times, I am not willing to take the chance of having to pay twice for this, once was bad enough.So, all over a bad experience. Bad product, bad customer support experience.

I really love this phone mount. It keeps the phone charged while keeping it secure. The only issue i have is it developed a bit of a wobble and no longer stays steady just rocks back and forth. After looking into it. There is a tiny plastic piece that holds it has broke inside the mount. Other then that solid 10/10.

I use this product every single time.I get in my vehicle, I.Enjoy having it as an accessory to my vehicle.It charges pretty fast and is durable.

Worked good for about a month,1. The charger was very slow, and ended up not charging the phone. Just making it hot2. The goose neck was fine at first, but after a while..the connector between the goose neck, and the cup mount became loose3. I was trying to adjust the neck, ended up breaking the connector from the phone mount, to the neck

once i got past the hilarious translation of the instructions, i was dazzled by this phone holder. here's why: incredibly simple to put together, snug fit in cup holder, easy to manipulate the arm, and the grip/release button works like a charm regardless of the direction of my zfold. it also came with two extra pieces that have description in the instructions, i'm assuming they can be used to attach the holder to my dash or vent if i were to fall out of love with the cup holder.
