I also own the Shure MV7 and this mic is comparable in audio quality.

I ordered this mic and had some issues with interference while using it, but Donner support got with me and assistant the best that they could. When it continued, they sent a replacement after the troubleshooting and the replacement is fantastic.I use this mic daily for work in all my meetings and everyone mentions how clear my audio. My only complaint that I have is probably the large branding on the yolk. It is an eyesore when on camera. I covered with black gaff tape, and you don't really notice it in your shot after that.Everyone on my team wants my setup because of the sound quality and it's at a good price.Just to reference, I am running via XLR for the majority of the time through my Beringer X1832 then usb to computer from sound board. Both usb and xlr audio is great.

This mic at $75 bucks is the real deal. I’ve been live-streaming for 5 years. The media could not be loaded.  It’s easy to set up with laptops and it does have earphone outlet.The voice quality is good enough.
