Runner's Remedy Plantar Fasciitis Sleeve

Awesome little things. I have bi-lateral plantar Fasciitis and bought two. The ice stays in well (just don't try to walk with them in). And even without the ice packs in, the sleeve is a good compression sleeve and can help alleviate some of the ache. Would definitely recommend.

Ice packs did not last after just a few uses.

First off, it's hard to tell if there is a right or wrong way to wear it. The ice packs do work as advertised though and absorb nicely and freeze quickly. They do not last long so I suggest if you want to alternate ice every 15 minutes have all three packs ready to go.

I wear this to bed every night after a run. It offers isolated icing to where I need it and it doesn't freeze my whole foot like when using a larger ice pack. I love the compression sleeve too as it helps my arches. Glad I bought this and use it in my plantar faciitis healing regimen.

This is a great invention and has helped very much. I highly recommend for anyone with plantar fascitis. Makes icing it easier.

Not helpful at all. Recommend freezing a water bottle and rolling it under your foot. Much more effective for icing. Just wearing the sleeve does absolutely nothing to relieve pain.

It did not work for me. It might for someone else.
