Good luck getting this company to respond to you. Customer service doesn't exist. I didn't receive the dinosaurs or light remote control and have sent messages asking for them, but they have never responded. So, ask for replacement poles but I don't think you will hear from them. Perhaps return the tent you received and ask for a replacement. I should have done that but already had the tent assembled, before I realized I hadn't received the dinosaurs and remote, so I just kept it.
