Luxury Classic Exposed Shower System Rainfall Handheld Shower Head Set with Tub Spout in Antique Black

We've really enjoyed the JinYuZe Classic Exposed Shower System with Rainfall Shower Head in Antique Black. It looks great and has operated really well since installation a few years ago.Looking for/Need some help though. I need to replace the hot handle + cartridge unit assembly (it's all in one and screws into the faucet control housing) as it's begun to leak when turned off.Where can I go to order that replacement part?Thank you!Chad in Colorado

Product looks great . Installer had little problem with a but or bolt being an off size. So far so good.

I really love this shower head and it looks exactly how I'd hoped and as it looks in the picture. Unfortunately, it was not tall enough in our tub/I misjudged the height. I had to purchase a 12in extension from another company. I emailed this company to ask about a pipe extension and never heard back... but then got a request to review/send comments about the product, yet with no additional way to contact them (and still no response to my email). Overall- I love the style and look but be careful with your measurements. Customer service left something to be desired.

We were finally able to install this shower system in the house we are renovating only to find out it is way too short. This shower system is built for a little person or a small child. You would think you would get all parts which would include an extension for this shower but you don't. I cannot return it now because I'm outside the return window. I gave it 2 stars instead of one since it is well made but not having an extension rod included especially for the price is ridiculous.

So far we have enjoyed our new shower system! The handheld sprayer works great for rinsing off after a bath, or rinsing the tub down. The knobs are smooth and work well. The shower head has a great flow. No complaints! This was installed by a plumber.

It is absolutely beautiful in our new shower, just what we wanted and works perfect. Dont be worried about ordering this online, simply cant beat the product for the price. I would recommend to anyone. Couldnt find anything like this locally under $1200.

Bought this shower/tub faucet for my new clawfoot tub. It was very easy to install. There finish is beautiful and I love it. Drawbacks.... I am 5'5" tall and the shower head is only 3 inches above my head. They need to sell it with longer pipes or offer as an add on. It dropped water from the shower head for a few days but now has stopped. Overall I love it, the manufacturer just needs to fine tune a few things.

Wasn't to sure of the quality related to price ,however the quality is far greater than expected. Simple installation and quick. Fantastic bargain.
