Highly recommended product - 5 stars!
A friend recommended this box to me and once I received it and set it all up, life was good! This is a full featured tv box that runs HD video smoothly. It is a modified version of Android made for TV and it’s really easy to use. Once you play around with it, there are many settings for customization. I use this box frequently. It's actually essential for me because I want to watch local media directly from a USB hard drive, and that's just not possible with FireTV (unless there's a new program I don't know about). Very happy about this device.

Matricom Q3 box is a winner
Great little box. works well. only trouble I had was the first time I had to unplug it it didnt want to connect with the internet. But got it to connect and that problem hasn't happened again. It even connects easily to the wifi at our other house. Small enough to pop into my purse with the power cord. The only thing I am not really pleased about is the IR Infrared remote. doesnt work well from across the room. But I simply use my little keyboard and all is good. Really glad its got the Nougat Android so will be able to use it for some time to come and not have to worry my unit is not new enough.

Included expired coupons and silver rivet.
First GBox I've tried. Coukdnt get a good clear pic with different hdmi cables trying different ports. Figured my cables were bad. Made it to internet hookup in the setup and the unit locked up. Shut it down and it wouldn't restart. Unplugged it and got it to start again but only ended up with a matricom logo then a black screen. Emailed tech support. Noticed the included coupon expired in June 2017. Also found a complimentary unused silver rivet 1/8" in the packaging. Included that in the eloquent tech support email. Included a picture. Hit send and BOOM. Email bounced back. Unit is now bouncing back to matricom. Will try again with a different unit. Will post again when the end result is achieved good or bad. 1 star for my first matricom experience. UPDATE: Rivet is the tool to reset the box. No instructions, it just made sense after I received the second box. This one I was able to get to work fine. Not sure if a reset would have corrected the other box. Regardless the first box got refunded no issues this one came no issues. Got it to work. Only instructions are online, don't expect a plug and play unit but once you get it set up its great. Its an android device so there shouldn't be any bad issues..

Q3 didn't even power on!
I loved the Q2 brought it here and decided to gift and upgrade to the Q3 after hearing so many good things but I opened for set up and box didn't even power on so I'm leaving this at one star

DO NOT BUY, BUYER BEWARE, COMPANY DOES NOT SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS
This product and all Matricom products are a waste of money. A month after you buy there brand new box, they will stop updating the firmware and quit supporting their products. When it works, which is seldom, it works good, but when it is not working, it just plain don't work. Matricom screws the customers by selling a product and never updating the firmware, and then coming out with a "plus" version of the box.

This box has a better picture on my 70" 4K TV than my Amazon ...
This box has a better picture on my 70" 4K TV than my Amazon Fire TV but it frequently freezes and requires disconnecting the power and reconnecting. It also frequently loses connection to the internet, requiring the ethernet cable to be disconnected an reconnected. I notice it is no longer available on Amazon.com. I wonder if that is due to these problems.

Not a good android box
I’ve had this android box from November 2017, and I must say it was a waste of my money. This is not a true android tv box as the android version used is for mobile phones. The software ware always crashes. I so regret paying over $100 for this. I won’t recommend this product.

Very disappointed with this unit
Very disappointed with this unit! Continuous freezing and timing out. I have the 1st and 2nd generation G-Box with no issues. I will be contacting Matricom for a replacement unit.
