This was described as a package of 2.....only one comes and no recourse to get the other pillow.

Firm but customizable
I got the Coop and the snuggle- pedic pillows. I prefer the Coop as its less firm. However, my family prefers the snuggle pedic. I love that it is green guard certified (just make sure you choose the pillow with that option.)

Bad smell, I bought the 2 pack one was full and one was 1/2 full I dont reccimend this pillow if you have allergies and are sensitive to strong oders
