I gave this product 2 stars because although it is very soft, easy to install, and such an adorable look, I ordered DARK BROWN and as you can see, especially in the last photo where I'm standing outside in the daylight, it is clearly RED/AUBURN. Indoors it seems a bit dark brown but it's still noticeably red. Very disappointed because prior to my purchase I read all these reviews about how great the color match was and it's actually not that great... but the manufacturer info here on Amazon says that it's 100% human hair and that it can be dyed. That's more money that I have to spend to correct the color that should have never needed corrected in the first place. And if that doesn't work then I've wasted even more money... I don't understand how dark brown could ever be confused with red/auburn or how a manufacturer of such a product could sell red/auburn hair as DARK BROWN. I can't return it once I dye it so it's either spend another $30+ on a different color and hope that it's not too dark OR that it's not red again OR I can spend the money on hair dye, but either way I go the color could be mismatched so it's potentially a lose-lose situation. I was so excited for this product. 🫤UPDATE 6/1/23: Right after I received the red hair in April that was supposed to be dark brown I purchased the 2pc set in natural black because the picture appeared to have the potential of being a closer match to my hair than other shades listed. However, I received JET BLACK HAIR and the contrast to my natural hair looks so ridiculous lol. I didn't want to dye my actual hair so I bought hair dye to correct the red buns and make them dark brown but somehow they're still red..😩.. The company read my review and they were so apologetic and kind! Without hesitation (or having to ask) they issued a full refund for the red hair they sent and I'm very grateful and beyond pleasantly surprised. I'm really hoping this refund includes my second purchase of the jet black too only because I've spent a lot of money by purchasing their hair TWICE (plus tax and shipping) and by trusting their claim that the hair could be successfully dyed because I ended up purchasing hair dye hoping to correct the red hair and make it dark brown like it should have been as advertised. I was so excited about this product and I don't want to discourage anybody else from making the purchase because it's really beautiful, soft, easy to use, looks super cute, and definitely has the potential to be the perfect match for you! I just prefer a double refund on both purchases for the sake of inconvenience. I think this hair could work really well for a lot of women and IT'S ABSOLUTELY NOT BAD A QUALITY PRODUCT WHATSOEVER! They just don't seem to have my shade which is such a bummer because my hair color is a very common natural color. Lastly, I added one more star because the company took the initiative to reach out, apologize for the inconvenience, and issue a refund that I did not have to initiate myself. This is what a legit company does when they actually take customer satisfaction seriously and understand that it's a necessary practice to make one's customers a priority because without your customers you don't have a company! Hopefully other sellers are taking notes! 🙏😌

This is a very easy piece to use and I wear it a lot. It's a bit fake looking but it was so inexpensive it was well worth it.

I am very pleased with this product. It is real hair. I was able to tone it, wash it, dry it and curl it with no issues. It did have a slight smell BUT most hair that you buy does. One wash and the smell was gone. I have already recommended this personally to several people and my hair styles asked me for the product information so that she could get some for other clients.

I’m 27 married with two kids, work an office job and hesitated BUT WHO CARES. I’m going to wear my hair in space buns Bc I like it.It color matched so well. I was worried because I had a red ish brown shade of hair but it actually looks like my hair.All I’ve got is compliments.I will say though that it doesn’t come with a clip it’s just Bobby pins. I didn’t use either. I just put my hair up like regular buns and then stick the piece over my hair. It probably wouldn’t hold if I had the jeep top off but I can Bobbi pen it and fix that.
